IMPACT Elite Girls Soccer Camp for experienced travel/club players in grades 6-9 is coached by The Potomac School’s Assistant Varsity Soccer and Strength and Conditioning Coach, Gayle Wilson. Gayle is a former US Women’s National Team member with international and professional playing experience. She is a USSF A Licensed coach with more than 35 years of experience. Daily schedule includes technical skill training, tactical applications, and functional field training with full and small-sided games. Additionally, camp will include performance enhancement and injury prevention programming, including activities and exercises to improve flexibility, mobility, agility, speed, strength, power, and balance. This unique camp will also provide leadership development and team culture building exercises. Players will leave IMPACT Elite Soccer camp a more well-rounded and effective soccer player with improved self-esteem and leadership qualities.

Gayle Wilson, a former US Women’s National Team member, is also a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with more than 30 years of experience. Her staff includes nationally licensed, professional soccer coaches and current and former high school and college players.
