2021 After You Register

Thank you for registering for Summer@Potomac. We’re looking forward to a fun and enriching camp experience. The 2021 Parent and Camper Handbook is available here.

After You Register

After you submit your online application, you will receive an email confirmation that the application was transmitted to us. We then email a summary and statement, usually within 10 days after the application was submitted. When you receive the emailed summary and statement:

  • Verify that all the camps, dates and services, as well as the permissions and agreements listed are correct. Contact Summer@Potomac if you wish to make changes or additions.
  • Payment in full is due by May 17, and you may make a payment at any time. To pay online, log on to your account and choose “View My Registrations”, then “New Payment”. Please use care when entering credit card numbers as incorrect information will cause your payment to be declined. (You may choose to mail a personal check to pay remaining tuition but it must reach us prior to May 17.)

The last date to request tuition refunds is May 17. Requests must be received in writing/email on or before May 17. (Registration Fees and Program Deposits for dropped camps are nonrefundable.) After May 17, no tuition is refunded. There are no refunds for absences.

Pay Your Final Balance

Payment in full is due by May 17, and unpaid balances will be charged to the credit card on file. You may make your payment online at any time and we accept VISA, Master Card, Discover and American Express. You may also mail a personal check but be sure to allow enough time so that it will reach us before May 17th. If payment deadlines are not met, unpaid space will be released to the waiting list.

Registrations after April 30 require payment in full at the time of registration.

Registration Deadlines

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration for available session camps continues until two weeks prior to the start of a session. Registration for available weekly camps continues until Noon on the Tuesday prior to each Monday start.

Priority Registration Period

Applications for returning campers, current Potomac families (students, faculty and staff), and/or siblings of either group will be processed in the order in which they are received. See our FAQ for more information.

General Registration Period

All applications received on or after the first day of General Registration will be processed in the order in which they are received. See our FAQ for more information.

Terms and Conditions

Summer@Potomac reserves the right to dismiss, without refund, any camper or student for inappropriate or unsafe conduct. Summer@Potomac reserves the right to cancel any class, program or service with insufficient enrollment. Summer@Potomac reserves the right to use photographs or videos of campers from Summer@Potomac 2021 in promotional materials unless a written request refusing such permission is received by the Summer Programs office prior to the start of camp.
