All Summer@Potomac registrations are completed online – REGISTER NOW! Please visit our Transportation page for options, as Transportation selection needs to be completed during registration. You will receive an email confirmation from the Summer@Potomac office once enrollment is complete.
General registration is open from Thursday, January 18 at 9:00 am through the Monday before camp begins. Priority registration for current Potomac families and recent camp families (2 prior years) will begin Friday, January 12 at 9:00 am.
At the time of registration, be sure to select the week (dates) and program carefully as the camp deposit and registration fees are non refundable at all times.
Once a program fills, a waitlist for that camp will open through the online registration system. When adding your camper to the waitlist, please complete all requested information. Registration and camp deposit will only be assessed when a space becomes available. Summer@Potomac will directly contact families if a space becomes available. Families should respond within 24 hours to confirm their spot otherwise the space will be offered to the next camper on the waitlist.
Deposits and Registration Fees
Registration fees and camp deposit are due at the time of registration and are non-refundable at all times. The remaining balance is due on Wednesday, April 24, 2024. Summer@Potomac will use the credit card on file, used for initial payment, to charge the balance on the account. If a family would like to change and/or add an alternate form of payment, please contact the summer office by Monday, April 1, 2024.

Withdrawal requests should be made directly to the camp office via email. We are unable to accept any withdrawal and/or refund requests via phone. The refund does not include non-refundable registration fee and the camp deposit. Last day to withdraw and receive a refund is Tuesday, April 23, 2024.
Summer@Potomac is unable to transfer fees between siblings, other families, other programs run by The Potomac School and the Auxiliary Programs Office (which includes but is not limited to ETC, clinics, workshops, Extended Day and others) and future Summer@Potomac camp seasons. We are unable to offer any make-up days or prorate and/or refund fees for any absences from a program for any reason including any kind of illness (including but not limited to COVID-19), separation and/or dismissal from the program.
If a program is canceled by Summer@Potomac due to low enrollment, all payments including registration fees for that program will be refunded in full. If Summer@Potomac or any program associated with The Potomac School summer operations is forced to cancel or close due to any acts of God or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of The Potomac School, refunds will not be given for any days missed.
Families may request a transfer from one camp to another or to a different week, space permitting, by contacting the camp office. All transfers requests should be made in writing, via email. We are unable to take transfer requests over the phone. The last day to request a transfer is 4:00 pm on Tuesday before camp begins. Transfer requests will not be accepted after camp begins. Any transfer requests received on or after Wednesday, April 24, 2024 will incur a $25 administrative fee. There is no administrative fee for camp transfers prior to Wednesday, April 24, 2024.
Any fees paid towards the original program, will be transferred to the new program; any remaining balance from the original program will not be refunded after Wednesday, April 24, 2024. Balances must be paid in full at the time of transfer.
