How to Register?
Registration
All registrations are completed online! Please click here to start the process. Transportation selection is part of registration. Please visit our Transportation page to view your options. Once your registration is completed you will receive an email confirmation. Registration is open from Thursday, January 12 at 9:00 am through the Monday before camp begins at 8:00 AM. Priority registration for current Potomac Families and recent camp families opens on January 6.
Waitlist
Once a program fills, a waitlist for that session will open through the online registration system. Please complete all requested information even when registering for the waitlist. Registration and camp deposit will only be assessed when a space becomes available. Summer@Potomac will directly contact families if a space becomes available. A family typically has 24 hours to accept space.
Payment Schedule
Due at registration (Before May 1) | Registration fee ($100 per session or $40 per week) and camp deposit ($100 per program). Both these fees are non-refundable |
April 30 | Last day to withdraw and receive refund, not including non-refundable registration and camp deposit |
May 1 | All balances are due |
May 1 and after | All funds are due at the time of registration; no refunds granted |
June 1 and after | Any camp changes will incur a $25 administrative fee |
Program Changes
To request a change of program please email the camp office at summer@potomacschool.org. All changes must be made in writing and cannot be taken over the phone. There is no administrative fee for any requests for camp changes made prior to June 1. A $25.00 administrative fee will be assessed for changes made on or after June 1.
Withdrawals/Refunds
To request a withdrawal from camp please email the camp office. Refunds for withdrawals are processed as follows:
Before May 1 | All funds, except the non-refundable registration fee and camp deposit, are refunded |
May 1 and after | No refunds are granted |
Fees cannot be transferred between programs, siblings, families, or to other programs run by The Potomac School, including future camp seasons. Summer@Potomac does not allow make-up days or prorate and/or refund fees for any absences from a program for any reason including any kind of illness (including but not limited to COVID-19), separation and/or dismissal from the program.
If a program is cancelled by Summer@Potomac due to low enrollment, all payments including registration fees for that program will be refunded in full.
