Woodworking
Grades 3- 8 June 16 – August 1
Weeks 5 and 6 : Waitlist Only
What do you call a piece of wood with nothing to do? Board! Well, no one will be bored in this program, where campers have a blast learning the practical and timeless craft of woodworking.
Your child will use traditional hand tools to create a range of projects, from toolboxes to their own custom creations that are not only fun to make but also functional. Each week, they’ll experience the joy of building something with their own hands in a constructive and creative way.
Along the way, campers develop responsibility as they work safely with tools, perseverance as they refine their skills, and collaboration when they share ideas and techniques with their peers. By the end of the week, they’ll have a new appreciation for craftsmanship and a collection of projects they can be proud of.
Hey—have you heard the “under construction” joke? It’s not done yet. Because all that’s missing is you!
This camp does not include participation in our aquatics program. However, campers entering grades K–6 are welcome to register for after-camp swim lessons.
