Grades 3-4 – What do you call a piece of wood with nothing to do? Board! Not at this camp! Have fun while learning the practical and timeless craft of woodworking. Your child will use traditional hand tools to create a range of projects, from toolboxes to small pieces of furniture that can be put to use. This weekly camp is where every child learns to use their hands in a constructive and fun way. Hey—have you heard the “under construction” joke? It’s not done yet. Because all that’s missing is you. All tools and materials included.
Woodworking Senior – Weeks 4 and 7: Waitlist
Grades 5 – 8 – Ever wonder what lies beyond the basics of woodworking? Look no further! Here, your child will elevate their skills through hand tools and working alongside experienced instructors using a selection of power tools in a supervised environment to learn advanced woodworking techniques. Over the course of this weeklong camp, participants will not only enhance their understanding of the craft but also construct projects that showcase their newfound expertise and developed craftsmanship. Get ready to saw, chisel, and carve your path to greatness. Your next masterpiece is just a workshop away.
